Post Casey Anthony Trial Observations:
1) I find it interesting that no one came forward to say that Casey had confessed that she had killed Caylee or found her dead in her car. Most people will have a strong need to confess their crime to at least one person that they trust.
2) I also find it interesting that if Casey Anthony had murdered Caylee there wasn’t anyone around to witness it. I was trying to imagine certain scenarios and came up with two different fictionalized situations. The first fictionalized scenario is a case where Casey would leave Caylee in her car while she was attending a party. I would make the assumption that every couple of hours Casey would go out to the car to see how her daughter was doing. In this scenario Casey would find that Caylee was crying and yelling. I am also assuming that the party occurred shortly after Casey had engaged in a serious and disturbing fight with her mother, Cindy. If Casey was still in a very angry, frustrated state of emotional mind she could have lost control and done something to Caylee that would cause her death.
3) The second fictional scenario occurs in the same circumstance. This time when Casey comes out to her car she finds that Caylee is unresponsive and unconscious. Casey desperately tries to revive her daughter but realizes that Caylee is a victim of a fatal overdose of chloroform or other sedating chemical.
4) If either scenario were possible it would seem logical that Casey would need to tell either her boyfriend or a girlfriend about what happened.
5) It seems unlikely that after three years someone would not have leaked out the details of the confession.
