Newt Gingrich vs Mitt Romney

It appears that the battle between Newt Gingrich and Mitt Romney is on. Personally, I believe that Newt Gingrich would have a better chance of defeating Obama. There were something a little too slick about Mitt Romney. I think that Americans are ready to have a president that is a little more human. Anyone over the age of 40 probably has a few skeletons in their closet. None of us would want these made public. We would certainly not want our past mistakes broadcast and debated in the daily news. If I was a Republican, I would not want to take any early cheap shots at Newt Gingrich. Any dirty tactics could come back to hurt the Republicans if it does turn out that it's Gingrich versus Obama. If I was a Republican I would look at who has the best chance of winning.
